Everything you need to know

We want you to feel confident and excited about your mystery scoop. Here are answers to the most common questions about pricing, prize matching, filming, and extra bonuses.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your order comes through, we count out the exact number of mystery spheres you ordered. We open each sphere one by one, match them with your corresponding items, add your special bonus gifts, and pack everything carefully for shipping.

How does the sphere pricing work?

Spheres cost $1 per sphere. Our minimum scoop order is $25, which gives you 25 spheres. Best of all, standard shipping costs are already included in the sphere price.

Are there order bonuses or free gifts?

Yes! Every single order receives free bonus items. Plus, if you place an order over $50, you automatically get an extra 10 mystery spheres added to your scoop at no extra charge.

What items could I receive?

Prizes inside include cute bracelets, collectible resin ducks, colorful stickers, fun pens, novelty erasers, craft beads, temporary tattoos, and inspirational coloring bookmarks.

How many items do I get per sphere?

It depends on the item you reveal! Some spheres award a single special item, while others award up to 5 items like stickers or beads.

Will my scoop be recorded on social media?

Yes, all orders are filmed and posted on our Instagram page (@jessaminemysteryscoops). If you prefer not to have your scoop recorded and shared publicly, simply let us know in your order notes.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, the price of $1 per sphere already covers the shipping cost, so you never have to worry about hidden delivery fees at checkout.

Where are you located and where do you ship?

Jessamine Mystery Scoops operates out of Atlanta, Georgia, and we ship surprise scoop packages directly to your door across the United States.
