Frequently asked questions

Have a question before you scoop? Here are clear answers to the most common questions about our pricing, bonus spheres, customization options, and delivery.

How does the mystery scoop process work?

When you place an order, we pick the exact number of mystery spheres you ordered (for example, 25 spheres for a $25 order). Each sphere is opened to reveal a specific prize label, and those exact items are packed directly into your package.

What is the minimum order size and pricing?

Our spheres are priced at $1 per sphere. The lowest order amount is $25, which gives me 25 mystery spheres to open. Plus, all orders come with surprise bonus items packed in!

Do I get bonus spheres for larger orders?

Yes! Every order above $50 automatically receives an extra 10 mystery spheres added to the scoop at no extra cost, alongside your regular bonus gifts.

What items could be in my mystery scoop?

Our prize mix includes cute bracelets, collectible resin ducks, colorful stickers, fun pens, novelty erasers, craft beads, temporary tattoos, and inspirational coloring bookmarks.

Can I request specific colors or swap items out?

Yes, absolutely. You can mention your favorite colors in your order notes, and you can also request to substitute out any specific items you prefer not to receive.

How does shipping work and how long will delivery take?

Shipping is completely included in the price—there are no unexpected shipping fees at checkout. We package and ship all orders from Somerset, Wisconsin via USPS, with packaging typically taking between 2 days and 2 weeks.

Can I watch my scoop order get packed on social media?

Yes! We love sharing the excitement online. Follow us on Instagram at @jessaminemysteryscoops and leave your handle or order note if you would like your scoop filmed.

What should I do if I have a question about my order?

You can reach out directly via direct message on our Instagram page @jessaminemysteryscoops, and we will gladly assist you with your order details.
